Terms of service

Last updated 7 November 2026

These terms are the agreement between your business and Cyrio Tech Pte Ltd (UEN 202553097W), which runs Feedmint. By signing up or paying for a plan, you agree to them. Please read them together with our privacy policy.

1. What we do

  • You send us photos and clips from your phone. We turn them into finished posts, reels and stories. You approve them in the app each week, and we schedule them on your Instagram and Facebook, plus any extra channel in your plan.
  • Your plan sets how many posts, reels, stories and carousels we make each month. Growth and Pro also include a monthly check-in call (20 minutes on Growth, 30 on Pro), booked in the app. A call you don’t book in its month doesn’t carry over.
  • If you don’t have a brand kit, we make a simple one for you (a logo, colours, fonts and post templates) at no extra cost.
  • To post for you, we need partner access to your accounts in Meta Business Suite. You stay the owner, and we never ask for your passwords.

2. Plans and payment

  • Prices are in Singapore dollars and shown when you choose your plan. There’s no setup fee.
  • Monthly plans are charged each month in advance. Yearly plans are 15% off and paid upfront for 12 months.
  • Instagram and Facebook are included. Each extra channel is S$20 a month.
  • We’re not registered for GST, so we don’t charge it.
  • You pay by card through Stripe. If a payment fails, we’ll let you know and Stripe will try again. If it still isn’t paid, we may pause your posts until it is.
  • We may change our prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. A new price starts from your next billing date. Yearly plans keep their price until they renew.
  • One-month extras: you can add posts, reels, stories or carousels for a single month from Plan and billing. We charge your card once, when we confirm your request. Any extras you don’t use that month move to the next month, then expire. Your plan’s own posts don’t carry over.
  • Free trial: a new business’s free trial starts once it has told us about its brand, with no card needed. We make one post and one reel for you to approve, and post them. The trial ends once both have gone out, or 30 days after it starts, whichever comes first. To carry on, choose your plan and pay. There’s one free trial per business, mobile number and Instagram account.

3. Changing or cancelling your plan

  • To cancel, tap Cancel my plan in Plan and billing in the app. To change your plan or switch to yearly, send us a request from the same page, or message us on WhatsApp.
  • Monthly plans: cancel at least 7 days before your next billing date, and your plan runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for. Cancel later than that and it runs, and is charged, for one more month.
  • Yearly plans: cancel any time before it renews. Your plan runs to the end of the year you’ve paid for, then stops. We don’t refund the rest of a paid year.
  • Other changes to your plan start from your next billing date, unless we agree otherwise.

4. Each week

  • We send the week’s drafts to the app by Tuesday.
  • Approve them, or tell us what to change, by Thursday 6pm Singapore time.
  • Each draft includes up to 2 rounds of changes. After that, the latest version is final.
  • Anything you haven’t answered by then is approved automatically and goes out as planned.
  • We then schedule your posts. They go out at the times we’ve planned with you, though a time can shift a little if Instagram or Facebook has problems.

5. Your content

  • You keep everything you send us, including your photos, videos, logo and brand.
  • You confirm you have the right to share it, and that anyone who appears in it is happy to. You allow us to use it to make and publish your posts.
  • The finished posts we make for you are yours to use, during your plan and after it ends. Music and effects added inside Instagram or Facebook are licensed by those platforms and may only be used there.
  • The same goes for the brand kit we make for you: it’s yours to use, during your plan and after it ends.
  • We only show your posts in our own portfolio if you’ve agreed to it.
  • We delete uploads 90 days after you send them. Finished posts and your brand kit are kept. Our privacy policy has the details.

6. What we ask of you

  • Send photos and clips regularly, and answer the drafts each week.
  • Keep our partner access to your accounts in place.
  • Check the facts in each draft, such as prices, dates and offers. You’re responsible for what your posts say, including posts approved automatically at the deadline.
  • Don’t ask us to post anything unlawful or misleading, or anything that breaks a platform’s rules or someone else’s rights. We may refuse or remove such a post.
  • Keep your login to yourself.

7. What we can’t promise

  • We make every post with care, but we can’t promise results such as followers, likes or sales.
  • Instagram, Facebook and the other platforms belong to other companies. We’re not responsible for their outages, rule changes or decisions about your accounts.

8. Liability

  • If something goes wrong because of us, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before it happened.
  • We’re not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost business.
  • Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

9. Ending the service

  • You can end it by cancelling your plan (see “Changing or cancelling your plan”).
  • We can end it with 30 days’ notice. If we do, we’ll refund what you’ve paid for any time after it ends.
  • We can pause or end it straight away if you seriously break these terms, for example by not paying or by asking us to post unlawful content.
  • When it ends, the posts already published stay on your accounts. You can ask us to delete your account and content at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll email clients at least 30 days before a change that affects them takes effect. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before then.

11. The legal bits

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will settle any dispute.
  • If a court finds part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
